Country summary
Singapore held its position among the top-five countries for social entrepreneurs, even though it slipped one place to fifth compared with 2016. The country ranked first for government policy that supports social entrepreneurs and came second for access to grant funding. However, it dropped 17 points to 18th place for access to non-financial support.
