Expert view
"China has the largest population and huge unmet needs in terms of social services. The Chinese government is very pro-business and encouraging Innovation, which is good news for social entrepreneurs. But the Third Sector development in China is still at very early stage and only one city in China – Chengdu -- has the holistic policy to support the boom of social enterprises."
