Compared with 2016 it became easier for social entrepreneurs to sell to the public, as the ranking in this category advanced 18 places to 16th, and conditions for social entrepreneurs to start and grow their business marginally improved by five points to 38th place. As a result, the overall ranking was up 2 spots to 40th place.
